Soulful sundays yin

Take a journey slowing down and connecting your breath and body.

This Yin style class focuses on holding shapes for 1- 5 minutes targeting facia in the body to help release tension. With its emphasis on long-held, passive stretches of the deeper connective tissues, Yin Yoga mobilizes and strengthens our joints, ligaments and deep fascial networks. Each class will end with a deeply relaxing sound bath.

Calm and reset your nervous system for the week ahead.

Class Cancellation Procedures, Late & No-Show Policies

Life happens and things come up where you cannot make your registered class. This policy is meant to accommodate students that would love to get into class by freeing up a space when you cannot make it to class as originally planned. Thank you for being considerate of the class policies and our community.

  • Cancellation: Please note, anyone registered for a class is expected to cancel their registration at least 24-hours ahead of the scheduled class time. If a student fails to cancel a registration, does not attend, or shows up late she/he will forfeit the class fee. If a student cancels before 24-hours in advance of the scheduled class time, she/he can use the class fee for a future class.

  • Late: If a student shows up after the class has begun (7:00pm is late), the student is considered late and will forfeit the class fee. Latecomers cannot join the class as it is disruptive to the other students and the teacher. Please plan on being in the class and settled on your mat at least 10 minutes in advance of the class start time.

  • Refunds: There will be no refunds issued.

  • Contact: To cancel/change your registration, please email elisejyoga@gmail.com at least 24 hours in advance of class time.

Consciously tuning out any distracting noise around us and turning our attention inward nurtures our heart mind. Slowing down and connecting with our silent inner light of awareness relieves us from the hustle and bustle of the world.
